I’m Leslie Vaughn, a strategic coach and founder of Merit Coaching Partners. With a lifelong passion for learning, growth, and human development, I bring decades of experience supporting individuals as they navigate meaningful transitions. My work had its start and continues in education, where I practice as a certified school psychologist. Over the years, my work expanded to include college instruction, academic coaching, and advocacy for students in both traditional and non-traditional learning environments.

While my foundation has been in working with students, my coaching practice has evolved to support a wider range of clients. Today, I work with college students, recent graduates, young professionals, and others who find themselves at a crossroads—personally, professionally, or academically.
